We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barber to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services to our clients. Your primary role will be to cut, style, and groom hair based on the preferences of individual clients. You must have a strong understanding of the latest trends and techniques in men's grooming and be able to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and discuss their desired hairstyle or beard style
- Provide consultations on different hair care products and services
- Cut, trim, and shape hair or facial hair using clippers, scissors, and razors
- Style hair using various techniques such as blow drying, flat ironing, and curling
- Apply hair color or highlights according to client's request
- Recommend appropriate aftercare products to maintain the hairstyle
- Clean and sanitize tools after each use to ensure hygiene standards are met
- Maintain a clean work station at all times
- Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Barber in a professional setting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong knowledge of different hairstyles, beard styles, and grooming techniques for men
- Ability to handle various hair textures and types with precision
- Good time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must have excellent attention to detail for precision cutting and styling
- A valid barber's license from the state of California is required
