Architectural Designer (Chelyabinsk, Russia)


We are seeking a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team in Chelyabinsk! As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating plans for various structures, including buildings, homes, and landscapes. Your role will involve both conceptualization and technical aspects of design, requiring strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues to understand project specifications and requirements
- Develop design concepts and create detailed drawings using AutoCAD or other software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess feasibility of designs
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs
- Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and other team members throughout the design process
- Review blueprints, specifications, and other documents to ensure accuracy before finalizing designs
- Present design proposals to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- 2+ years of experience in architectural design
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Chelyabinsk (open to all nationalities)

Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
