Waiter/Waitress

We are currently hiring a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our team at our busy restaurant in Al Buraymi. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent customer service skills, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service throughout their dining experience
- Handle any customer inquiries or complaints with patience and professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining area, and server station
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Process payments accurately using POS system

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in the hospitality industry preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Benefits:
