Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues
- Install and configure new computer systems and software
- Maintain and update existing software programs
- Train clients on how to use various software applications
- Monitor computer systems for performance issues and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
