Entry Level Computer Support Specialist in Vianden


We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Vianden. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries related to computer systems, software, and hardware. As an Entry Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues and escalating them to senior members when necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person and provide technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
- Escalate complex issues to senior support specialists or IT technicians
- Install and configure software applications and update existing programs as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on computer systems including virus scans and system updates
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided using our ticketing system
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures for providing technical support

Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- No prior experience required but a passion for technology is a must
- Must have a valid visa to work in Vianden
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated student preferred

Salary:
