Plasterer Supervisor



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plasterer Supervisor to lead our team in Vianden. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the plastering projects for our company. This role requires someone with excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and a strong knowledge of plastering techniques and materials.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of plasterers and ensure all projects are completed on time and to high quality standards
- Plan and organize work schedules for the team, allocate tasks, and provide guidance as needed
- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure work is being done according to specifications
- Train new employees on proper plastering techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment, order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and clients to discuss project scope and timelines
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or Plastering Supervisor
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- In-depth knowledge of various plastering techniques, materials, tools, and equipment
- Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Egyptian or Nepali language is a plus)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials

Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1800$ per month.

Location:
This job is based in Vianden but may require occasional travel within the country.
