Architecture Manager


We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Remish, Canada. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of construction projects, ensuring that they meet all required standards and regulations. Your main duties will include managing a team of architects and engineers, coordinating project timelines and budgets, and communicating with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects and engineers to ensure the successful completion of construction projects
- Review project designs and plans to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and client requirements
- Coordinate project timelines and budgets, ensuring that deadlines are met and costs are kept within budget
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure quality control
- Develop strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness in project management processes
- Mentor junior staff members in architecture design principles and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture design or project management role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from concept to completion
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, contractors, etc.
- Proficiency in relevant architecture software such as AutoCAD or Revit

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)
