Commercial Architect



As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings in Washington. Your main duties will include creating detailed plans and drawings, collaborating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs, budget, and design preferences for commercial buildings
- Create detailed plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that projects are completed according to the plans and specifications
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that all aspects of the project are coordinated and executed seamlessly
- Monitor project progress, identify any potential issues or delays, and take corrective action as needed
- Stay updated on building codes, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance with all requirements
- Manage project budgets and communicate any changes or adjustments to clients as necessary

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Strong proficiency in CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry trends
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of design aesthetics

Contract Details:
This is a contract job with a salary of $1100 per month. Accommodation will be provided for foreign candidates. Applicants must have their own valid work visa for Washington.
