Hotel Sales Manager


The Hotel Sales Manager is responsible for generating revenue and increasing sales for our hotel in Atlanta. They will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies, as well as maintain relationships with clients and potential customers. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hospitality sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Train and supervise sales staff
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- Proven experience in hotel sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
