Florist in Bungoma, Kenya


We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Florist to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions including weddings, birthdays, and other special events. You will also be in charge of maintaining the shop's inventory and ensuring that all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create unique and visually appealing floral arrangements based on client's preferences and occasion
- Order flowers and other necessary supplies to maintain inventory levels
- Keep track of all orders and ensure they are completed on time
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with their floral needs
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the flower shop
- Collaborate with other team members to come up with new creative ideas for floral designs
- Attend workshops or training sessions to stay updated on new trends and techniques in floral design

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a florist or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care instructions
- Creative eye for detail with the ability to design unique arrangements
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Basic understanding of business operations including inventory management, budgeting, etc.
- Must be physically fit as the job may require lifting heavy objects

Salary: $1400/month (negotiable based on experience)
