Nepali Tutor in Malindi, Kenya

We are hiring a dedicated and experienced Nepali Tutor to join our team in Malindi. As a Nepali Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one lessons to students of different ages and skill levels. Your primary goal will be to help students improve their language proficiency and cultural understanding.

Responsibilities:
- Develop customized lesson plans based on each student's needs and learning goals
- Teach vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and other aspects of the Nepali language
- Incorporate cultural activities and discussions into lessons to enhance understanding
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback and assessments
- Prepare students for exams or other specific language proficiency goals
- Create a positive learning environment that motivates and engages students
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Fluent in Nepali with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field is a plus
- Patient, creative, and adaptable teaching style to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Strong knowledge of Nepali culture, customs, and traditions
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
