Painter - Contract Position in Funchal, Portugal


We are hiring a skilled Painter to join our team on a contract basis in Funchal, Portugal. As a Painter, you will be responsible for painting interior and exterior surfaces of buildings, structures, and furniture. Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and filling holes and cracks
- Mix paint and other materials to achieve desired colors
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers or spray guns
- Cover surfaces with cloth or plastic to ensure protection
- Calculate amount of required materials and estimate costs
- Clean up job site after completion

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a painter is not required but preferred
- Basic knowledge of painting techniques and tools
- Attention to detail and good eye for color
- Physical strength and stamina
- Ability to work at heights
- Willingness to learn new techniques
