Housekeeping Assistant - Lom, Philippines


We are hiring a Housekeeping Assistant to join our team in Lom, Philippines. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment for our guests. Your main duties will include cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms and common areas, restocking supplies, and reporting any maintenance issues to the management team.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in housekeeping, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As we cater to an international clientele, proficiency in English is preferred but not required.

This is a part-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for our staff members.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms and common areas according to established standards
- Change bed linens and towels as needed
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning supplies
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the management team
- Maintain a neat and organized supply closet
- Follow all health and safety regulations while performing duties
- Communicate with guests in a friendly manner when necessary

Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for long periods of time
- Good communication skills in English (preferred but not required)
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods is an asset

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position that requires working flexible hours including weekends. As this position involves physical labor, candidates should be physically fit. The work environment can be noisy at times due to the presence of guests. Accommodation will be provided for our staff members.
