Job Title: Computer Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Faisalabad. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs and designing efficient and effective computer systems to meet those needs. You will work closely with end-users, IT teams, and management to identify requirements, develop solutions, and implement new systems. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of computer systems and programming languages, and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$, without accommodation. A biometric passport is required for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and design computer systems to meet those needs
- Collaborate with end-users, IT teams, and management to identify system requirements and propose solutions
- Develop detailed system design specifications including flowcharts, diagrams, and written descriptions
- Create test plans and perform thorough testing of new systems or system changes before implementation
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions
- Maintain documentation of system designs, changes, and updates
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems or system updates
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in technology and recommend improvements or upgrades as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, Python or SQL
- Proficiency in system design tools like UML or ER diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred:
- Experience working in the IT industry
- Certifications in system design or related fields
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
