Junior Accountant



We are seeking a self-motivated Junior Accountant to join our team in Wiltz. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information. Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Assist with month-end close procedures
- Prepare journal entries and general ledger reconciliations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper coding of expenses
- Help with budget preparation and variance analysis
- Support the preparation of financial statements and reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in an accounting role (internship experience will be considered)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Quickbooks, SAP, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Contract Job:
This is a contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance.
