We are in need of a skilled Handyman to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. Our ideal candidate is someone who is able to handle various repair and maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively. The role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks such as fixing plumbing issues, painting, and repairing furniture.
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings and equipment to identify any potential issues.
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
- Ability to read and follow technical manuals and instructions.
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good time management skills.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- Vocational training or certification in a relevant field is an asset.
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus).
- Must have a biometric passport for international travel if needed.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month, with potential for growth based on performance.
