Heavy Equipment Operator


We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in the bustling city of Shan. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes. Your role will involve working on construction sites, moving large amounts of earth, debris, and other materials as well as performing routine maintenance on equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment according to safety guidelines and procedures
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment
- Read and interpret construction plans to determine work objectives
- Move materials and debris using various types of heavy equipment
- Ensure proper functioning of equipment by conducting pre-shift inspections
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and troubleshoot issues
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines

Requirements:
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or similar setting
- Valid Heavy Equipment Operator license or certification
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for operating heavy equipment
- Ability to read construction plans and follow instructions
- Strong communication skills
- Physical ability to operate heavy machinery for extended periods of time

Preferred:
- Experience operating specific types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, or cranes
- Familiarity with basic maintenance and repair techniques for heavy machinery

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
