Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Gujrat. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, such as computers, printers, and stationery
- Ensure the office is clean and well-maintained at all times
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow
- Create and maintain filing systems for easy retrieval of documents
- Keep track of company expenses and maintain budget reports
- Assist in organizing company events or meetings
- Train and supervise office staff, including receptionists and administrative assistants
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures for smooth functioning
- Handle any issues or concerns that may arise within the office environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or relevant administrative role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Biometric passport required
- Experience working with accommodation arrangements preferred
