We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for protecting our company's sensitive information and systems from potential threats and breaches. This role is ideal for an English-speaking individual, with a preference for Indian nationals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance with industry standards
- Monitor networks and systems for any suspicious activity or breaches
- Investigate security incidents and provide recommendations for remediation
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies
- Train employees on information security best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in information security analysis or a similar role
- Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption methods, etc.
- Knowledge of information security standards such as ISO 27001/27002 and GDPR
- Experience with vulnerability scanning tools such as Nessus or Qualys
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
