Architectural Technologist

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Vianden. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design, development and implementation of architectural projects. You must have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the field, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of architectural projects
- Create detailed drawings using AutoCAD and other design software
- Conduct site visits and communicate with clients to gather project requirements
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions for complex design challenges

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Vianden (free visa and ticket for non-local candidates)
