Smelter Operator


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Smelter Operator to join our team in Osijek. As a Smelter Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring the smelting process to produce high-quality metal products. You will also be responsible for maintaining equipment, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor smelting equipment according to standard procedures
- Ensure quality control of metal products by monitoring temperature, pressure, and other variables
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the smelting process
- Maintain accurate production records
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (trade school or technical certification preferred)
- Previous experience as a Smelter Operator or in a similar role
- Knowledge of smelting processes, equipment, and materials
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Osijek, Croatia

This is a contract position without accommodation provided. Candidates must have a valid biometric passport. Preference will be given to Canadian or Filipino nationals. English language proficiency is not required for this role.
