We are in search of a skilled Finisher to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for completing the final touches on various products to ensure they meet quality standards. Your main duties will include sanding, polishing, painting, and other finishing techniques to add aesthetic appeal and durability to our products.

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience working as a Finisher or in a similar position. They should have excellent attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination. A creative mindset and the ability to work with different tools and materials are also essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for finishing by sanding, filling holes, and removing imperfections
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using various techniques such as spraying, brushing or rolling
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Repair any defects or damages on finished products
- Maintain equipment and tools used for finishing processes
- Follow safety protocols when handling tools and chemicals
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Finisher or in a similar position
- Familiarity with various finishing techniques and materials
- Attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting throughout the day
- Knowledge of safety protocols when working with chemicals and power tools

We offer competitive salary of 1400$ per month along with benefits such as health insurance and paid time off. This is a full-time position with regular working hours from Monday-Friday. Candidates must have their own visa or be eligible to work in Russia.
