We are in search of a creative and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Washington. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings such as factories, warehouses, and distribution centers. Your primary goal will be to create functional and efficient spaces that meet the specific needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to oversee the construction process
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Provide guidance on materials, equipment, and construction techniques
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards for industrial buildings
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this position.
