Office Assistant
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Khanpur. As our Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will play a crucial role in maintaining office supplies, organizing files and documents, and assisting with various tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients as needed
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and ordering items when necessary
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Assist with data entry, typing, and other administrative tasks
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents
- Keep the office clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail with good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work full-time (40 hours per week)
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
