Senior Architect

Remish-based architecture firm is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the design and construction process, from concept development to project completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing projects. This is a contract position with a salary of $1600 per month. Indian nationality preferred but not required.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and objectives
- Develop design proposals that meet client needs and budget constraints
- Create detailed drawings, models, and renderings using AutoCAD, Revit, and other software
- Oversee construction process to ensure designs are accurately executed
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits during construction phase to ensure design specifications are being met
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design techniques
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology
