Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing team in Vilnius. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to understand business needs and develop solutions using cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities:
- Develop machine learning models and algorithms to solve business problems
- Design and implement scalable and efficient solutions for large datasets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements
- Conduct research on new machine learning techniques and technologies
- Monitor performance of existing models and make improvements as needed
- Communicate results and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in machine learning or data science role
- Strong programming skills in Python or R
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Knowledge of statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling techniques
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary: 1600$ per month

Location: Vilnius (visa sponsorship available)
