Experienced Architectural Designer in Vilnius, Lithuania



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing innovative architectural plans and drawings for various projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to develop design concepts that meet their needs
- Create detailed architectural plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Present design proposals and make necessary revisions based on client feedback
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design development
- Work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure designs are accurately implemented
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technologies to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Experience working on residential, commercial, or industrial projects is preferred
