We are a prestigious hotel located in the heart of Las Vegas, known for our luxurious amenities and exceptional dining experiences. We are seeking an experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team and elevate our culinary offerings. This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension, offering a salary of 1300$ per week with accommodation provided.

As an Indian Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and implementing menus that showcase traditional Indian flavors while incorporating modern techniques and presentation. You will oversee a team of chefs and kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality standards are met and maintained. Your creativity, leadership skills, and attention to detail will be crucial in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

To excel in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end hotel or restaurant setting, with extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team. A strong understanding of food cost control, menu development, and kitchen management is essential.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing innovative menu concepts that showcase traditional Indian flavors while adapting to seasonal ingredients
- Managing all aspects of kitchen operations including inventory control, purchasing, food safety standards, and staff scheduling
- Overseeing food preparation and plating to ensure consistency and high-quality standards are met
- Training and mentoring kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Collaborating with other departments such as banquet services to create customized menus for special events or dietary restrictions
- Maintaining accurate records of food costs and implementing cost-saving measures when necessary
