Sales Manager - Nakuru, Kenya
As a Sales Manager at our company in Nakuru, Kenya, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve company objectives. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Train and onboard new sales team members as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the same industry (minimum 3 years)
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Knowledge of CRM software preferred
- Must be fluent in English, proficiency in Hindi or Urdu is a plus
We offer competitive salary of 1500$ per month plus commission based on performance. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday with occasional weekend work required.
