Loader Supervisor

As a Loader Supervisor, you will oversee the loading and unloading of goods and materials onto trucks or other vehicles. You will be responsible for managing a team of loaders, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed, and that all items are loaded efficiently and accurately. Your role will also involve coordinating with other departments to ensure timely loading and delivery of goods, as well as maintaining accurate records of inventory and shipments. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise a team of loaders, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure that all safety procedures are followed at all times
- Oversee the loading and unloading of goods onto trucks or other vehicles
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely loading and delivery of goods
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments
- Train new loaders on proper loading techniques and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor equipment usage and report any maintenance issues
- Enforce company policies and procedures

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in warehouse or logistics management is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of safety regulations
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Physical stamina to handle manual labor tasks

Location: Faisalabad, Pakistan (Preference for Pakistani Nationals)

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
