Mason Supervisor - Khasab, Oman

We are seeking a skilled Mason Supervisor to oversee construction projects in Khasab, Oman. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Mason and possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of masons. This is a contract job with a salary of 1000$ per month. Egyptian nationals with their own visa are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all masonry work on construction sites in Khasab, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
- Lead and manage a team of masons, providing guidance and training as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project requirements
- Estimate time and materials needed for each project
- Mix mortar and other materials according to specifications
- Lay bricks, stone or other materials to construct walls, foundations, chimneys or other structures
- Cut or shape bricks or other materials to fit specific angles or shapes
- Ensure proper alignment and leveling of structures using tools such as levels and plumb lines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret project requirements
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Egyptian nationality with own visa preferred
