We are seeking a Collector to join our team in Pula, Croatia. This full-time position is suitable for men with or without experience in the field. As a Collector, you will be responsible for collecting payments from clients and managing their accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting clients to collect outstanding payments
- Negotiating payment plans and arrangements with clients
- Maintaining accurate records of all collection activities
- Updating client information and account details as needed
- Responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues related to payments
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure timely and efficient collections

Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Nepali languages
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Biometric passport preferred but not required
