Architectural Technologist

An established architectural firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and construction, with excellent technical skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop project plans
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to design plans
- Assist with project management tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
- Stay up-to-date on industry standards and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant programs
- Knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and building codes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
