Industrial Architect

We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Sheduva. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. This includes creating detailed plans, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team

Responsibilities:
- Design industrial buildings and structures according to client specifications and budget constraints
- Create detailed architectural plans using computer software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review project proposals, contracts, and bids
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, environmental regulations, etc.
- Oversee project budgets and timelines
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress

Salary: $1700 per month

Location: Sheduva (accommodation provided)
