Office Assistant - Lusail, Qatar
We are in search of an efficient and reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth running of our office operations. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management
- Assist with document preparation, including typing, formatting, proofreading, and filing
- Keep track of office expenses and prepare reports as needed
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and data entry
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail or packages
- Ensure the office is clean, well-maintained, and presentable at all times
Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred (other nationalities will also be considered)
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Proven work experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong typing skills
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and handle multiple assignments simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Pleasant personality with a professional demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities
This is a contract job suitable for students or individuals without prior experience. We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.
