Senior Architectural Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Architectural Manager to join our team in Akron. As the Senior Architectural Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the architectural design process, managing projects from conception to completion. Your role will also involve collaborating with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

As a Senior Architectural Manager, you must have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations as well as excellent project management skills. You should also have exceptional communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead and coordinate a team of architects.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the architectural design process, from initial concept to final construction
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure designs are feasible and meet building codes
- Lead a team of architects, providing guidance and support throughout all stages of the design process
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plans and specifications
- Review project proposals and provide feedback on potential issues or improvements
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and building codes to continuously improve design processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a team of architects
