As a Junior Shaper, you will work under the guidance of experienced professionals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Your main responsibility will be to shape and mold raw materials into finished products using various tools and equipment. Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification in a technical field such as engineering or machining
- Previous experience in shaping or machining preferred but not required
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations
