Turner - Metal Machinist



We are seeking a skilled Turner - Metal Machinist to join our team in Clairvaux, Canada. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining metalworking machines to produce precision metal parts for various industries.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Turner or Metal Machinist
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Extensive knowledge of metalworking techniques and tools
- Ability to operate various metalworking machines such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good physical stamina and dexterity
- Experience with CNC machines is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate metalworking machines according to specifications
- Read and interpret technical drawings to determine the correct machining process
- Measure and inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
- Troubleshoot issues with machines, tools, or materials
- Work with various metals including steel, aluminum, and brass
- Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and supplies
- Adhere to safety regulations at all times
