Hotel Sales Manager


We are seeking a dynamic and driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at a luxury hotel in Bungoma. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy rates. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients, as well as experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Maintain existing client relationships through regular communication and personalized service
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure exceptional guest experience and seamless operations
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition in the area
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and other promotional activities to promote the hotel

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluent in Urdu is a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Knowledge of hotel operations and revenue management principles
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Bungoma, however candidates from all over Pakistan are welcome to apply.
