Responsibilities:
- Create seasonal menus that incorporate local ingredients and showcase your culinary expertise
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including cooking, plating, garnishing, and presentation
- Train and manage kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and safety
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed while adhering to budget constraints
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes and promotions to attract customers
- Ensure timely execution of all orders to meet customer expectations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment
- Passion for food with creative ideas to continuously develop new dishes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff effectively
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality standards
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Biometric passport required for international travel

Salary: 1200$ per month without accommodation
