Surveyor for Construction Site in Split, Croatia


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team at a construction site in Split, Croatia. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for accurately measuring and mapping out the land and structures on the construction site. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine precise locations, elevations, and dimensions of structures and land
- Use specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners to gather data
- Analyze data collected to create maps, plans, and reports for the construction team
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate measurements and alignment of structures
- Monitor construction progress to ensure it aligns with survey plans and specifications
- Maintain accurate records of all survey data collected
- Adhere to safety standards while operating equipment on the construction site

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field preferred
- At least 3 years of experience as a Surveyor on construction sites
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, equipment operation, and techniques
- Proficient in using total stations, GPS receivers, and other surveying tools
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand construction plans
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred:
- Experience working on international projects
- Fluency in English
