Junior Project Manager

The Junior Project Manager will be responsible for assisting senior project managers in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the given budget and timeline. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients. Responsibilities:
- Assist senior project managers in creating project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Communicate project updates and progress to clients
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure all necessary approvals are obtained
- Conduct regular project status meetings with team members
- Monitor project performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project)
- Experience working in a team environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred:
- Previous experience as a project coordinator or assistant
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile)
- Willingness to learn new tools and techniques
- Interest in pursuing a career in project management

Location: Moscow, Russia
Salary: $1400 per month
