As a Teamlead for Biometric Passport Processing, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of passport processing specialists in Las Vegas. Your primary role will be to ensure the efficient and accurate processing of biometric passports for Malayalee citizens. This is a fast-paced job that requires attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of passport processing specialists to ensure timely and accurate processing of biometric passports
- Train new team members on passport processing procedures and policies
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and address any performance issues
- Work closely with government officials to stay updated on changes in passport processing procedures
- Ensure compliance with all security protocols and regulations
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints related to passport processing
- Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and efficiency
- Generate reports on team performance, productivity, and any issues that arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in passport processing or a similar role
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory position preferred

Salary: $1600 per month
