We are hiring a skilled Teamlead to lead our team of Indian nationals in Las Vegas. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of our team. Your role will involve providing guidance and support to team members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and promoting a positive work culture.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Valid work permit/visa for USA

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Provide guidance and support to team members, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient communication
- Develop strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency
- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and standards
- Monitor progress towards targets and report any issues or concerns to management
- Promote a positive work culture by fostering teamwork, motivation, and open communication

Salary: $1400 per month
