We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy restaurant in Mombasa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, with proven experience in managing a team and ensuring excellent customer service. This is a contract position, with a salary of 1000$, open to both Filipino and Kenyan applicants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high quality service and adherence to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies for improvement.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in English is preferred but not required.
