We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Mombasa. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong background in managing a restaurant. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing all aspects of the restaurant such as budgeting, inventory management, and staff scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
- Train and supervise staff to provide exceptional service to customers.
- Create schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Monitor expenses and control costs to ensure profitability.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate records of stock levels.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, financial planning, and cost control principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of organization.
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English. Knowledge of other languages is an added advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of food hygiene regulations and food handling procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
