Job Title: Concierge Assistant (Temporary, Indian Nationals)



Our luxury hotel in Muscat is seeking a Concierge Assistant to join our team of dedicated hospitality professionals. As an Indian national, you will have the opportunity to work in a vibrant and diverse environment while showcasing your exceptional customer service skills.

As a Concierge Assistant, you will assist the Concierge team in ensuring that all guests have a memorable and comfortable stay. You will be responsible for providing information and recommendations on local attractions, making reservations for guests, and assisting with any requests they may have during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, tours, or other activities
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized concierge desk area
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist with luggage handling when needed
- Keep up-to-date with current events and activities in the city

Requirements:

- Indian nationality preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of local area attractions
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
