Concierge for a Luxury Hotel in Muscat, Oman

As a Concierge for our luxury hotel in Muscat, Oman, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to our guests. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Main responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about the hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, and activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
- Keep updated records of guest preferences and special requests
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Fluent English language skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required
