We are in search of an experienced Barista to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee beverages while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Barista and possess strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, latte art, and espresso machine maintenance.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages according to company standards
- Ensure consistent quality by following proper brewing techniques and measurements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe counter and work area
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, answering questions about the menu and making recommendations
- Operate cash register for transactions accurately
- Stock and replenish supplies as needed
- Adhere to food safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of espresso drinks, latte art, and coffee brewing techniques
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
