Waiter/Waitress in Bayan, Kuwait



We are hiring a skilled Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. In this role, you will welcome and serve guests in our restaurant, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and handling payments.

Requirements:

- No English proficiency required
- 12th pass or equivalent education
- Previous experience is not required but considered a plus
- Must be willing to work in Bayan, Kuwait
- Must be legally eligible to work in Kuwait
- Must be able to provide quality customer service
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team

Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take orders and accurately enter them into the system
- Serve food and beverages promptly and according to the correct order
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on their needs throughout the meal
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and report them to the manager if necessary
- Process payments accurately using cash or credit card machines
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, utensils, etc.
- Assist with setting up tables before service begins and clearing tables after guests leave
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
